SHIPPING POLICY
Orders from the Wishbone Store are collated on a daily basis. Once payment has been confirmed, we intend on Shipping all orders within 2 working days. This should allow for a total delivery time within 3-5 working days.

For urgent deliveries, we are here to help, so please feel free to give us a call to see if we can rush your order for you.
Different purchases have different requirements for shipping and courier services. All book orders are dispatched through Royal Mail on a first class basis. International orders are dealt with and responded to on a case by case basis. If you have any particular shipping or delivery requirements, please feel free to let us know.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging and your item needs to be returned with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we MUST be notified of any DAMAGE noticed within 48 hours of receiving your item. After this time has expired we cannot accept returns or arrange replacements free of charge.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.
